Our compatriots at the Schiaparelli, Balenciaga, Georges Hobeika shows, and more
Ukrainian models have long been an integral part of global Fashion Weeks. Each season, we see our compatriots on the runways of leading fashion houses – and the Autumn-Winter 2026/27 couture season was no exception. From Schiaparelli to Balenciaga, this time Ukrainian women once again proved they feel confident among the top stars of Haute Couture. We’ve gathered all their appearances on the Parisian runways.
Kris Kristal
This couture season, Ukrainian model Kris Kristal appeared at three major shows from top fashion players. First, she opened the Schiaparelli show. Daniel Roseberry transformed the model into an exquisite vision with a black dress complemented by dramatic cut-outs and drapery.
In a similarly aesthetic ensemble, Kris also graced the Fendi runway: her styling consisted of classic black trousers and a jacket adorned with fur details.
Meanwhile, under the direction of Pierpaolo Piccioli at Balenciaga, the model presented a maxi dress with long sleeves, distinguished by its rich yellow hue and scales covering every inch of the garment.

Sen Samysheva
Model Sen Samysheva also conquered the Balenciaga show. The Ukrainian walked the runway second, showcasing a contrasting coral dress with fringe and an elegant snow-white coat worn over it.

Alla Kostromichova
Although we see Alla Kostromichova on the runways much less frequently today, the Ukrainian model has no intention of ending her career. Her two appearances at Paris Haute Couture Week are proof of this.
At the Iris Van Herpen show, the model presented a captivating look with hundreds of crystals that adorned her skin like dewdrops. For Standing Ground, she appeared in a sculptural set featuring a flesh-toned corset and a flowing pink maxi skirt.

Vira Boshkova
For Vira Boshkova, this Haute Couture Week proved truly fruitful, with the model participating in five shows. The Ukrainian opened the Georges Hobeika show in a transparent dress made of black lace, complemented by a collar and tulle details at the hem.
Later, at the Elie Saab show, Vira wore a red ensemble with floral accents. At Armani Prive, she sported a suit with velvet trousers and a jacket featuring dark blue petals. At Zuhair Murad, she appeared in a transparent corset and skirt entirely embellished with floral embroidery, and at Tamara Ralph, she donned a dramatic gown with a deep neckline and feathers.

Iryna Kravchenko
Iryna Kravchenko’s look at the Robert Wun show was arguably one of the most talked-about. It comprised a sculptural set with a corset and a skirt adorned with voluminous folds at the hem. The model wore oversized rabbit ears matching her outfit, and carried a bulky rabbit that seemed to have hopped out of a fairy tale.
Additionally, the Ukrainian appeared at another show, Georges Chakra, showcasing two distinct styles: one with a black transparent dress featuring lace and feathers, and another with a voluminous fuchsia version.
